Matthew Paggioli, P.E.

Mr. Matthew Paggioli, P.E. is the Director of Contract Management for the Heavy Civil Division within Webber, LLC.  He joined Webber in 2000 (previously Champagne-Webber, Inc. of Texas) and has over 25 years of experience in design and construction of heavy civil transportation projects.  At Webber, he has held various positions within the Heavy Civil Division as a Project Manager, Senior Estimator, Vice President of Estimating, and his current role as the Director of Contract

Management.  His design experience includes bridge, pavement, retaining walls, drainage, and utilities, while his construction experience has been gained on projects working for TxDOT, HCTRA, NTTA, CTRMA, ETRMA, Houston Airport Systems, DFW Airport, The Port of Houston, The City of Houston, as well as various counties and other public agencies within Texas. 

Matt began his career in the early 90’s in Houston working as a staff engineer for a consulting engineering firm.  He later went to work for the City of Conroe, Texas, as the Assistant Director of Community Development / Assistant City Engineer.  By the late 90’s he was promoted to Conroe’s Capital Projects Department as the Assistant Director of Capital Projects where he was responsible for planning, development, design, and contract management of the city’s capital improvement program. He obtained his license as a Professional Engineer in 1998.

Currently, Mr. Paggioli serves on the AGC of Texas Highway, Heavy, Utilities & Industrial Branch Board of Directors.  He also chairs the AGC of Texas Structures Committee and serves as the Vice Chairman for the AGC Houston Area.

 

He is a graduate of the University of Connecticut with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.  Matt and his wife, Kimberly, reside in Conroe, Texas, and have two sons, Luke and Jacob.
